We have the right to demand from the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Conference, the Presidency of European Union, the UN and the US Administration to intervene immediately and stop the actions taken by the de-Baathefication  Panel – originally revoked – as well as the Board of Accountability and Justice which has not yet acquired the legitimate and constitutional status, the statement announced by the President Jalal Talbani, add to that  the differences in views between the components of  Iraqi political system concerning the actions of de-Baathefication panel were lays a big question mark on the legitimacy of this panel which if it was really a constitutional panel then difference in views would not have taken place about it by the components of Iraqi political system needless to mention that de-Baathefication criteria are not in the most part based on specific facts as much as they rely on a press statement here or another there, which would situate it in the place of who judges the intentions of elections nominees and this is obviously invalid religiously and legally.

Further, he who devise, plan and implement the de-Baathefication processes, Ahmad Jalabi and Ali Allami, are in he circle of suspicion because they lack the most important criterion they must enjoy which is impartiality and integrity, for Jalabi is running for the elections for the National Coalition and thus characterized as impartial being an adversary and arbiter at one time,  as well as what is known about this controversial figure due to its international manipulations and what has been raised around him of international theft accusations, while Allami is another international element suspected in his integrity not for being a candidate for the parliamentary elections only but because of his criminal file and affiliation to Iran-backed special groups, which Allami boasts about and does not deny as particularly he was a detainee with the US forces on the charge of involvement in armed attacks which claimed the lives of innocent Iraqis.

However, al-Maliki today and his government and other parties linked to Iran, and those hangers-on to the political process have opted to logical extermination of political opponents with ready-made charges against whoever opposes the course of al-Maliki, his party and other sectarian parties.

We would say that the beneficiary from depriving the liberal, nationalist and patriotic figures from elections is Iran in the first place and her agents in Arab Iraq, and she, Iran, still practicing pressures on all directions whether in Iraqi, Arab or international surrounding and the latest is a statement of her defense minister to the effect that Tehran is ready to hit the Western boats in the Gulf.

The fall of Iraq at the risk of article VII in addition to the presence of US troops in Iraq lay in front of the democratic administration of president Obama a moral and legal responsibility in the protection of political process lest of being manipulated by the extremist right forces especially those associated with Iran's agenda in attempts to distort the democratic process which Washington has helped in its creation in Iraq, and consequently, Washington should, and before turning the page of Iraq to open a new one, ensure that Iraqi people, in its entirety, will not stay under the clutches of Iranian occupation and that the US should recognize that the interests of Iraq must be independent of any Iranian influence, and that the denial of liberal and national forces from participation in elections in Iraq will put Iraq –God has willed it – under the Iranian hegemony, because the forces  linked to Iran and in control of the political process now will strengthen their positions in the absence of the national forces or cause them to be absent and thus a day may come where Iraqi should pray for mercy on the late President Saddam Hussein and become more convinced that the sole beneficiary of the US invasion to their country and overthrowing the former regime is the Iranian regime not the Iraqis.

God we ask that the coming elections will be free from Iranian interventions, the pressure and intrigues of Tehran agents, who tried to distort the face of Arab Iraq, just as we hope for an intervention by the US, UN, Arab and Islamic states in order to put an end to all manipulators in the fate of the liberal national Iraq, God knows best the intentions behind one's deeds…
